Hello and welcome to my site. After growing up in Pittsburgh, I moved to Chicago in the early 70s for its huge music scene. Some of my favorite gigs have been four years of tours with Frank Sinatra in the U.S., Canada and Europe and Frank Sinatra Jr. tours for many years. I am an original member of Jeff Lindberg’s Chicago Jazz Orchestra and have played the Chicago Jazz Festival 12 times, toured Europe jazz festivals, and played the Kennedy Center Honors in Washington D.C. 26 times. I also did many tours with Doc Severinsen and was a regular touring member of the original Glenn Miller Orchestra. When not touring, I played over 50 New York production Broadway shows in the pits here in Chicago and over 1,000 radio and T.V. jingles including ones for the Super Bowl, World Series and Olympics in Chicago studios. TV appearances on the Tonight Show, Today Show and Mike Douglas Show. I was also a saxophone soloist with the Chicago Philharmonic, Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, and Elgin Symphony and an extra player with the Lyric Opera Orchestra of Chicago along with subbing on the Woody Herman and Ray Charles bands, to name a few. Recordings for people like Kurt Elling, Clark Terry, Aretha Franklin, Ramsey Lewis and Cyrille Aimee. Successful Orchestra Contractor for people like Tony Bennett, Lady Gaga, Michael Feinstein and Seth MacFarlane.
